Sheaves for Wire Preheaters

   Here is the solution to preheating Cat. 5 and higher product using your existing preheater.

   Preheating requires low line tension to maintain product quality while maintaining adequate contact pressure between conductor and contact sheave.

   Our NiSil™ Sheave is the best contact sheave available. We use a proprietary contact alloy band and machine it to better than .0015” TIR. This sheave requires much less contact pressure so that you can operate at low line tension and maintain quality.
