We supply to you a braider head that has undergone the following steps:
- Completely disassemble, clean, paint, and refill head with new Wardwell oil.
- Install new driver bearing shaft and oil-lite bushing in driver bearing if wear is present.
- Install new drive clutch. Install new upper carriers, driver bars, and assemble with new pawls, pawl pins, supply rachets, holder sleeves, carrier stops, springs, and supply caps.
- Straighten lower carriers, re-assemble with new supply rachets, holder sleeves, carrier spindle, pawl spring, spool bearing and safety pin.
- Safety bore of carrier checked for tolerance and bushed with oil-lite bronze if wear is present.
- Inspect brake levers and wire deflectors, reforming to original bend or replacing.
- Highly polish all wire contact points.
